Treatment

Weight Loss

Our medically guided weight loss program helps patients achieve their weight loss goals through the use of GLP1 medications as a tool, while providing lifestyle education to assist in diet and exercise modifications. We believe that lifestyle changes not only positively impact weight loss but will allow you to reap the benefits of tomorrow to support your optimal wellness as you age (your longevity).

Treatment may be right for you if

  • Your weight returns after every attempt

You have lost weight before, more than once, yet it continues to return each time despite genuine effort.

  • Diet and exercise alone aren't doing the trick

You are doing the work but the scale isn't responding.

  • You want lasting changes

You're more interested in a lasting result than a fast result, which often aren't the same.

We usually begin with baseline labs and an honest account of what you have already tried. After discerning the goals of your weight loss journey, we decide together whether a GLP-1 fits in your plan, and build a nutritional and movement framework around it — the part that determines whether the results hold after you stop medication. We firmly believe GLP-1 and similar medications are to be used as a support, not the sole solution. They can give you a head start that makes laying the rest of the groundwork easier. Once starting medication, we'll monitor your weight and conduct regular check-ins to handle dose adjustment and/or side effects.
