Peptide Therapy

Peptide therapy is gaining interest due to its potential in supporting health, wellness and physical performance. These short chains of amino acids occur naturally in the body, serving a range of biological functions including tissue repair, regeneration, hormone regulation, and improved immune response, to name a few. Medical research continues to explore their potential in supporting metabolic optimization, muscle composition, mood/cognitive well being and overall health. Our desire is to empower our patients with the most up-to-date knowledge of how peptide therapy can work to support and influence regenerative processes through cellular communication.

Peptide therapy may be right for you if

  • You want faster recovery

Certain peptides like BPC-157, TB-500, and others have shown promising evidence of being able to expedite healing.

  • You have the basics in order already

Peptides often work best in individuals who are consistent in sleep, nutrition, and exercise prior to treatment, but that doesn't mean individuals lagging in any of these areas can't still benefit from therapy.

  • You want the research, not the hype

We are constantly staying up to date with the forefront of peptide research, with certifications in peptide therapy and others on the way, we ensure proper medical oversight to maximize the safety and effectiveness of treatment.

  • You have a specific wellness goal in mind

With the increasingly vast array of peptides and their variety of different benefits, we can help you design protocols to achieve your specific goals, whether it's targeted healing for post-surgical recovery, aesthetic and fitness improvements, depression and anxiety mitigation, and more.

We start with an honest conversation about scope: which peptides have evidence behind them for your goal, and which are still speculative. Labs and a review of your current protocol come next, so anything we add is accounted for alongside what you are already taking. Protocols are time-bound by design, with reassessment at set intervals rather than continuing by default.

Is peptide therapy safe?

Peptides that are FDA approved such as GLP-1 medications have well-documented safety profiles when prescribed by a medical professional.

Certain unregulated and "research-grade" peptides are still lacking in large-scale human clinical trials, as most of the findings are based on animal research. However, contrary to popular belief, peptides are not new, and in fact have been around for over a century. They have been used safely in humans for decades and their anecdotal evidence is extensive. But, because most evidence is still only anecdotal, it's important to exercise caution and use only under medical supervision.
